The Air filter is Dry Type and made of Synthetic Cotton.
No need to oil. It is washable and reusable. You can just wash the filter every 5000 miles with soap and water.
Let the filter air dry completely before put it back to the intake system.
The size will fit over the outside diameter of the intake pipe. The filter inlet is the inside diameter. Make sure to measure the outside diameter of your pipe before ordering.
